When employees are rewarded for their good efforts and performance their likely to become more loyal and productive. There are so many reasons why you might want to reward your staff members with a special thanks giving .employee rewards make staff more inspired, loyalty and hard work. keeping employees engaged and motivated is vitally important in order to ensure the continued success of the company. offering staff  recognition ,supportive work environment highly form of motivation for the staff (Dodge,2020).


The Three elements of a good employee reward


RecognitionA good reward recognizes special achievements such as the successful completion of a large project. This ensures that employees feel their extra effort did not go unnoticed. Lack of recognition is a leading cause of employee burnout, Hence , It's crystal clear that ,very important to acknowledge staff.

Appreciation- Every staff like to hear that they made difference or magic in the company, Employee need to know that they made their work and energy made real impact on the company. This is very important to larger companies , as they have large work force.

Compensation- A good employee rewards needs to compensate staff for their hard work and valuable time. This can either financial or non monetary rewards.

In the true sense of the word, We have some very interesting recognition programs for some companies.as a example they choose staff of the month and give some appreciations in front of all the  staff. It will always impact for the growth of the company and employees. Always should recognize and acknowledge the staff hidden talents and team work. It is back bone of the success company (Bucket List, 2023) .

Employee recognition programs are very essential part of the successful company. People are more dedicated ,motivated and goal oriented when they feel recognized and appreciated. It lower staff turnovers. not only that, Appreciated employees not just stay with your company ; they can become your  brand ambassadors and support with passive recruitment.(Indeed , 2022) .

  • Increases commitment for job responsibilities.
  • Improves job satisfaction.
  • Improves employee productivity.
  • Create role models for other employees.

  • Collaboration and team work.
  • Positively impact overall business growth (Dube, 2023) .

Employee encouragement and feedback are important topic in work culture .most of the managers know they should be recognizing and rewarding their staff- but few of them know best to do that. According to psychology Today , feeling appreciated is a cornerstone of positive self-worth, Not only that, It strengthens the bond between two individuals.
