The primary purpose of talent management is to create a motivated and inspirational work force who will stay with your company in the long run and long term. The  exact way to achieve this will differ from company to company. Talent management support you maximize the value of employees. Talent management is most effective  of all when it connects with three key components. rapid talent allocation. positive employee experience and a strategic HR team. By recruiting and developing talented employees , your company becomes stronger and better prepared to face changes and  risks .Talented employees are able to find ways to harness the capabilities of new tools and solve problems or come up with original ideas. Proper talent management strategy will allow you to create a more productive team. It will decrease the staff turnover as they can see many more opportunities to grow in the same company with more confident. and also, It will lead to powerful employer branding as most of the employee-satisfaction more than enough with the same company, with above facts Its crystal clear that, It will motivates and inspires to other staff to grow as a good and strong team in the company (Instride, 2022) .

However , We can have a very clear idea about Talent management and importance from following model.

Talent Management Model displayed as a circle with its main stages: planning, attracting, developing, retaining, and transitioning of employees.

We can describe the briefly as follows,

Planning aligns your talent management model in line with overall goals of your company. only with the accurate planning you can ensure that you seek talent with the right skills and experiences. not only that, It assesses current employees to see what is working well for the company. You should plan to recruit more employees like the same.

The right strategy will attract just the kind of workers you need at your business. such hires will be driven, skilled and seeking to advance within the company. attracting talent is all about branding your company as an employer. The key consideration here is to create your business more approachable.

The development part of the model involves taking steps to support talent grow within the company. Talent Management also looks at what will keep employees at your company enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile. It is mandatory to provide employees with value, Motivation also requires the correct onboarding- to give new  hires a great impression of your company in the very beginning. This will reduce staff turnover and  they stay in the company and work hard.

Retaining is another purpose of talent management. Employees need to continue feeling that the company is an enjoyable and meaningful place to work. Through effective training and other type of engagement , employees have chance to create a career without leaving the company.

You need to plan staff transitions .your aim is to keep their knowledge within the company. This is called knowledge management. You need to have a clear plan in place to promote employees or move them to another role, or department (Valamis, 2021) .
